Just a quick reminder that the deadline to place orders for our Peppi’s Subs Fundraiser is coming up this Wednesday, July 2nd, 2025.

So far, we’ve only received a few orders. If you haven’t placed yours yet, please consider doing so! It’s a great way to support the team and enjoy a delicious, no-fuss meal for those busy summer evenings.

The attached order form is still valid, but payment is now due at the time of ordering—either cash or check—rather than at pickup, as the form indicates.

It’s that time of the (very accelerated) season again for our annual Peppi’s Hoagie Fundraiser!

We had good reviews of last year’s subs from Peppi’s, so we’ve decided to use them again. We’ll be offering four options this year:

Italian – Hard salami, capicola, soft salami, and provolone cheese.

Turkey – Shaved turkey and provolone cheese.

Ham – Shaved ham and provolone cheese.

Provolone – Provolone only with lettuce and tomato.

All subs are served on a 10 inch Mancini’s roll and include lettuce, tomato, and an Italian dressing packet (condiments wrapped and bagged with sub, but in a separate bag).

Our price per sub this year will be $10 each. Just like everything else we do to raise funds, all proceeds go right back to the team to pay for essential expenses like coaches, lifeguards, and equipment, while also helping to keep registration fees low so that everyone can participate.

Attached to this email you’ll find an order form. Please complete the order form and return it to my wife, Jen Sneddon, or Angela Bates if Jen isn’t available, at any of the practices or meets. Payment will be due when the hoagies are picked up, which is tentatively planned for Wednesday, 7/9, at Bellevue Pool during our normally scheduled practice.

To get the subs on time, we need to finalize our order for Peppi’s no later than Wednesday, 7/2. So 7/2/25 is our deadline for orders.

If you’re interested in getting a great sub while also supporting the team, please complete the attached order form and get it to Jen Sneddon or Angela Bates before 7/2!
